HWP Group is urging residents to “come make a deal” at its major inventory clearance sale on Saturday with discounts of up to $9,000 being taken off some models.The company said $1,000 to $9,000 will be taken off selected models including VWs, Skodas and other models during the one-day sale.It will take place next to Bull’s Head car park in Hamilton from 10am to 3pm.“We are offering discounts on all models that we have in stock and vehicle prices range from $19,675 (base price) for a small Suzuki Celerio to a much larger Mitsubishi ASX for $52,500,” said HWP senior vice president of auto sales, Tony Martin. “Discounts (on the base prices) will start from $1000 up $9,000, depending on the model. This is a chance to get a great discount on all models.”Mr Martin said up to $1,000 will be take off some models, while others, such as a Mazda sedan, will see $6,000 knocked off, and Skoda could see discounts of as much as $8,000 and $9,000.
