Rosedon wins TripAdvisor award

Rosedon Hotel has been honoured as a Top Performing Hotel by travellers posting reviews on TripAdvisor.

The 39-room boutique hotel, steps from the city centre, earned a 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award and to qualify for a Certificate, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

“Rosedon Hotel takes great pride in this recognition and would like to thank our visitors for their thoughtful reviews,” the hotel’s management said in a statement yesterday.

“We are listening and are working hard to improve our service, property infrastructure & amenities.

“We recognise that it is a very competitive world today and when the bar is raised the expectations and demands will be greater than before. Rosedon Hotel is a labour of love not only for the family owners but for the staff as well. We are committed to Bermuda and it’s people and are working hard to create a Uniquely Bermudian Product.”
