Victoria Grill, Rumbar saluted for top reviews from travellers

Victoria Grill and Rumbar has earned a TripAdvisor award based on outstanding reviews of the restaurant and bar posted on the popular travel website.

Featuring Southern Coastal cuisine and wine pricing of $20 over retail for all bottles, the restaurant and bar has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence.

The accolade is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive the prestigious award.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

“Victoria Grill is thrilled to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence,” said Kevin Rhyno, manager of Victoria Grill.

“Truthfully we have been trying very hard over the past year to deliver great value every single visit. We strive to offer our customers a memorable experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor, which as many will know, is an open review forum which we have no control over.”

Alison Copus, vice president of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business, said: “TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe, from Sydney to Chicago, Sao Paulo to Rome, which are consistently offering TripAdvisor travellers a great customer experience.

“The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most — their customers.”

Victoria Grill is an upscale-casual restaurant, quick service cafe, and cocktail bar at 29 Victoria Street.

Rumbar features a 25-seat onyx stone bar plus covered outdoor lounge and courtyard.
