ISIS Law Ltd has announced the expansion of its litigation team with the arrival of Bermudian litigator Allan Doughty, who will be working with top litigator and former Attorney General of Bermuda Saul Froomkin.

Allan Doughty qualified in Canada in 2002 after graduating from the Dalhousie Law School. After practising in Halifax, Nova Scotia for two years Mr Doughty returned to Bermuda and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2004. Since that time Mr Doughty has appeared at all levels of Court in Bermuda and before various Board of Inquiry and Tribunals. Mr Doughty practises as a general civil litigator and has argued some of the leading cases concerning Bermudian human rights law and Bermudian medical law.

“I am honoured to be practising with Mr Froomkin and look forward to working with the rest of the team here at ISIS Law,” said Mr Doughty.

Mr Froomkin, who is also a director of ISIS Law, said: “We are pleased to be welcoming such an accomplished litigator to our ranks.”

Ms Petty previously worked at MJM Ltd as a corporate attorney practising in the areas of banking, commercial transactions and general corporate law for both international and local clients.
