Troncossi Public Relations has appointed Mikaela Pearman as a public relations consultant.

In the role, she will be responsible for advising clients on public relations strategy, generating media exposure, managing potential communications crises, monitoring the media and social networking sites, and leveraging social media to influence target audiences. She also will be developing various communications materials such as press releases, newsletters, speeches and positioning statements.

Prior to joining Troncossi, Ms Pearman worked as a web reporter for the Bermuda Sun, having started her career as a reporter for The Royal Gazette in 2007.

Ms Pearman recently completed courses at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in London on account management, crisis and issues management, the role of PR and writing for PR.
