Casablanca will today launch its fourth Hamilton location. Casablanca Hometown is in what was formerly The Grand, on the corner of Church Street and Parliament Street.

Amre Elsayed, owner of the Casablanca franchise, is excited to introduce the new space.

He said: “We came up with the name Hometown because we already have a downtown, uptown and midtown, and this was our original spot where we began our venture.

“At first the kitchen here was too big for us so we moved to the Washington Lane location, and now that we have grown that kitchen is too small.”

Casablanca Hometown will not only be a central kitchen where all the foods will be butchered, prepared and delivered to the other outlets, but also a self-service buffet.

The foods will remain the same as other locations, with a two-sided hot buffet, soups and salads. The bar will turn into an area that serves, smoothies, coffees and juices.

Different from the other locations, customers can sit in and take part in an all you can eat buffet for $29. “We can accommodate large parties as well,” Mr Elsayed said.

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm.
