Butterfield & Vallis trade show tomorrow

More than 35 vendors will show off the latest innovations in the food and beverage industry, tomorrow at Butterfield & Vallis' annual trade show.

Carla Lacey, Bermuda Tourism Authority's chief operating officer, will cut the ribbon at 10.15am.

Organisers said the show is an opportunity for local chefs, restaurant owners, food and beverage managers and others to see what's out there.

Visiting suppliers will include Kraft Heinz, Farmland, Four Seasons Produce, Sid Wainer, General Mills, US Meat Federation, Keegan Ales, DeBragga & Spitler and Bell & Evans, to name a few.

In addition, Butterfield & Vallis will highlight a new distribution agreement with On de Rock Brewery. This arrangement will allow them to assist with distribution of the locally produced beer island-wide.

This is a trade only event, and will be held from 10.30am to 5pm in the Student Centre at the Bermuda College.
