Conyers ranked in top tier in annual IFLR 1000

The corporate and finance practice in the Bermuda office of international law firm Conyers has been recognised as Tier 1 in the 2022 edition of IFLR 1000, the annual guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms.

Nine lawyers in the corporate and finance practice were also ranked by IFLR.

IFLR bases its rankings and analysis on extensive independent research by a dedicated team of journalists, Conyers said.

The firm’s chairman, Christian Luthi, said: “We are delighted to be recognised by IFLR1000 as a leading financial and corporate law firm.

“To again see such impressive rankings is an achievement for the firm and a testament to the dedication and performance of our lawyers and their commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.”

The firm said that it advises on high-value deals, acting for private equity and strategic companies in all matters in the financial and corporate practice including acquisitions — both buy and sell side — mergers, share offerings, private equity investments, restructurings, bond issuances, securitisations, corporate financing, IPOs and fund formations.
