The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is to present the lunch-and-learn webinar “Change — How to Turn Uncertainty into Opportunity” in partnership with FranklinCovey Bermuda.

The webinar will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, January 26, from noon until 1pm.

Registration fees are $35 for chamber members and $50 for non-members.

The chamber said the session is designed for leaders and individuals seeking to better navigate any workplace change to improve results, and is relevant for professionals within business, government and non-profit settings.

The webinar will be presented by Richard James, leadership consultant for FranklinCovey Bermuda.

The session will explore the predictable pattern of change, human reactions to change, the leader’s role in the change process and coaching your team to adapt to change.

Martha Kirkland, of FranklinCovey Bermuda, said: “Decision-makers will leave this webinar with an understanding of FranklinCovey's approach to engaging teams to improve results through change.”

Kendaree Burgess, chief executive officer of the chamber, said: “As we enter into our third year of the Covid-19 pandemic, where workplace norms are ever changing, all sectors of the business community should be interested in understanding how to adapt and evolve accordingly.

“This webinar will be helpful to leaders guiding their teams through change in 2022.”
