Gospel singers will provide a musical backdrop to the next Court Street Market on Sunday.

Other live entertainments will include Toni Robinson, Seven & Sweet T, Septimus, Anointed Steps Dance Ministry, Dwayne Foster on the Saxophone and DJ Larrita Adderly.

Games will also feature in the festivities, such as an egg and spoon race, sack race, and balloon relay.

Customers who spend more than $25 will be entered in a raffle with a 65in TV as the top prize.

Raffle ticket holders will also take part in an Easter egg pick, where the chocolate delight they receive will contain a present, such as candies, toys, raffle ticket, or a discount coupon from the Uptown Merchants and other sponsors.

The market will also feature street food as well as entertainment and Court Street shops will be open for business.

The North Hamilton event will was sponsored by the City of Hamilton and the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation.

More markets will be run on May 22, June 19, and July 24 and further dates are scheduled to be announced soon.

More than 60 businesses set up stalls at the pre-Christmas market last December.

The market programme was spearheaded by retailers to promote the area as a shopping destination and encourage people to buy Bermuda.
