Continuing a tradition of collaborating with Bermudian artists, local clothing designer Tabs has partnered with Shanna Hollis on their newest release of swimwear called Gotta' Go Town, with a percentage of sales going towards art bursaries for Kaleidoscope’s summer programme.

Ms Hollis, an art teacher at Kaleidoscope Arts Foundation, runs her own graphic design business.

Her original piece, Gotta’ Go Town, which features Hamilton scenery, was chosen by Tabs because its colours complement the brand’s latest collection of Bermuda shorts and polo shirts for men, women, and children.

Ms Hollis said: “This partnership with Tabs allows me to share the beauty of the Bermudian experience locally and internationally.

”I'm excited to collaborate with a brand that highlights and supports the local arts community.”

Gotta' Go Town embodies my childhood memories and stories passed down throughout my family's generations as well as highlights the City of Hamilton and showcases iconic Bermudian landmarks.”

Tabs owner Rebecca Singleton said: “We’re so fortunate to be surrounded by an abundance of talented artists on our small island and are thrilled to be working with Shanna this year. Her vibrant and colourful designs are such a great fit for our brand.

“Art should be accessible to everyone.

“Part of the proceeds of every sale will go towards art bursaries for Kaleidoscope’s Summer programme.”

Kaleidoscope has been empowering children through innovative creative learning methods for more than 15 years and aims to foster the skills that students need to be successful.

Tabs’ swim shorts are made from 100 per cent recycled fabrics, which are lightweight and dry quickly.

In addition to swim shorts for men and boys, Gotta’ Go Town is featured on blankets, beach towels, cushion covers, and floor mats.

Tabs’ flagship store is on Reid Street in Hamilton.
