Solving employer challenges

Graham Pearson, chief executive officer of Blue Bison Software Solutions

The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is to present a workshop setting out solutions to Bermuda HR and payroll challenges.

The workshop, presented by Blue Bison Software Solutions chief executive officer Graham Pearson, is open to human resource and payroll professionals.

It will be held at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute on November 16 from 8.30am until 10.30am.

The session, designed to present software solutions to the common challenges faced by HR and payroll administrators, will focus on three key areas: interactive workshop, solutions to HR and payroll challenges, and Bermuda payroll tax, made easy.

Mr Pearson said: “This workshop is an opportunity for HR and finance professionals to come together in an open forum to discuss the unique HR and payroll challenges Bermuda businesses face.

“The progressive payroll tax creates an administrative challenge for small and large organisations. This workshop will give attendees valuable and actionable takeaways on improving processes and solving the most common HR and payroll challenges.”
