New additions to MJM dispute resolution team

Arno Duvenhage and Michael Goulborn have joined law firm MJM Limited’s dispute resolution team as senior associates.

Mr Duvenhage is an experienced commercial litigator whose practice focuses on company, insolvency, banking and financial law with experience in commercial arbitrations. He will support the firm’s corporate, commercial litigation practice generally, but particularly with regard to insolvency matters.

Mr Goulborn is a former director of an independent Jersey-based trust and corporate service provider. His practice focuses on trust and probate disputes, commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, advising on compliance and connected non-contentious matters.

MJM director Fozeia Rana-Fahy said: “Mike is a great addition to our robust trust litigation practice and we are pleased to have him join us.”

Jennifer Haworth, MJM director and head of the dispute resolution team, said: “We welcome Arno and Mike to MJM. Both are well-established attorneys with broad knowledge and expertise which we know will be of significant value to MJM’s growing client base.”
