Attorneys Nicole Cavanagh and Tanisha Butler have joined MJM law firm’s matrimonial & family law practice in the dispute resolution team.

Ms Cavanagh joins as a senior associate leading the matrimonial & family law practice. She qualified in England and Wales (2005) and Hong Kong (2013) and has extensive knowledge of international family law with a focus on nuptial arrangements, trust disputes in divorce proceedings, resolving financial disputes and settling arrangements for children.

Given her experience, she will also provide support to the firm’s trust litigation practice led by Fozeia Rana-Fahy.

Bermudian Tanisha Butler obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University (2017) and the LPC from the University of Law (2020). She worked as a paralegal from 2004 to 2021 and was called to the Bermuda Bar (2021).

Ms Butler has considerable experience in matrimonial law, commercial/banking litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury and property disputes.

Given her experience, she will also support the dispute resolution team generally in addition to the matrimonial & family law practice.
