New suite address in Hamilton

A new set of custom office suites has opened in Hamilton.

The Suites at Russell Eve have been launched by Jardine Gibbons Properties Ltd.

Located on the corner of Church Street and Washington Street, next to the Hamilton bus depot, the offices are managed by Gibbons Management Services Limited.

Jardine Gibbons said the office suites are designed to meet the evolving needs of today's businesses and professionals.

As the modern workplace continues to transform, it said, many businesses are now seeking flexibility and customisation in their office environments.

Jardine Gibbons said it is aware of these changing needs and aims to transform the concept of office space with its new option of custom office suites.

Available for start-ups and established enterprises, the new locale offers a diverse range of customisable options.

Jardine Gibbons said clients can choose from a variety of sizes, layouts and price points.

Suites range from $1,000 to $1,750 per month, with a large executive corner office priced at $2,250.

Features and amenities include high-speed internet connectivity (30MB), secure 24/7 card access to the building, upscale and contemporary interior designs with shared reception area, fully furnished spaces complete with desk and chairs (and more furnishings for larger offices), access to professional boardroom and a small meeting room, each with Smart TVs and white boards, shared photocopier/printer; cleaning services, shared kitchen facilities including a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine, mailbox for each tenant in the lobby, and on-site men’s and women’s bathrooms.
