The Bermuda Economic Development Corporation is to present a Small Business Expo in the Somerset Economic Empowerment Zone.

The February 3 free event at Willowbank Conference Centre is open to all entrepreneurs, small-business owners and the wider public.

It will run from 11am until 4pm.

The second annual expo will feature 22 entities that provide support to small businesses.

In addition to the trade-show-style vending opportunity to promote business services, the BEDC said, there will also be panel discussions that focus on four key topics: Global gateways: mastering shipping and logistics; Culinary commerce: food for thought; Financial frontiers: navigating payment processing; and Digital dialogues: telecoms today.
