Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty is to hold a second webinar on investing in the Azores.

The realtor held its first webinar about real estate investment in the Portuguese archipelago in January.

A company spokesman said the second session, scheduled for Friday, aimed to address some of the most frequently asked questions about investing in the region.

He said: “Building on the interest generated by our previous event, this webinar will delve deeper into the crucial legal aspects of investing in the Azores, including taxation, citizenship rules and investment incentives.”

Brian Madeiros, the chief executive of Bermuda Realty, will host the webinar alongside Richard Ambrosio from the Portuguese Cultural Association of Bermuda.

Judith Teodoro, a lawyer from the Azores, will join them as guest speaker.

The spokesman added: “We believe this session will provide invaluable insights for anyone interested in the opportunities and nuances of investing in the Azores.”

The 45-minute webinar is scheduled for 12.30pm on Friday.
