Three men have denied an assault on another man.

Josonne Smith, 52, Joseph Smith, 72, and Jay-Lon Roberts, 30, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court to an assault on Donavan Allan and causing him bodily harm.

The incident is alleged to have happened on September 23, 2018 in Sandys.

Magistrate Tyrone Chin released the defendants on $2,000 bail each and adjourned the case until December 21.

He ordered them to have no contact with the alleged victim or any potential witnesses.
