A redeveloped website has been unveiled by the Government’s London office.

A spokeswoman said that the office, which assists Bermudians and potential visitors in the UK and Europe, had seen an increase in demand since the Covid-19 pandemic started last year.

She added: “In response to these requests for assistance, our new design ensures all stakeholders - including Bermudians studying, living or visiting the United Kingdom - are able to find the information they’re looking for as quickly as possible.

“Easily-accessible information regarding travel, official documents, events, opportunities, and the Brussels Office are included in the redesign.”

The spokeswoman said: “In consideration of the needs of our diaspora, the website’s update further assists in clarifying the rights of Bermudians in the UK and Europe to universities, local authorities, and relevant employers.

“Registration with the London Office allows those in the UK to receive important information automatically via e-mail, such as travel updates, event invitations and networking opportunities.”
