The flag in the grounds of Cabinet Office was at half mast today in remembrance of Kenneth Richardson, Bermuda’s first Black Secretary to the Cabinet.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Bermuda, we extend our sincere condolences to Brenda Richardson and the entire family,” said a Cabinet spokesperson.

Mr Richardson, whose private funeral service was today, served in the post from 1984 to 1993.
