BRITISH Airways will fly to London seven days a week from the end of this month ? and the airline is offering lower fares for a limited period to celebrate the boosted schedule.

Economy class fares will start from $604 for tickets purchased between now and next Thursday.

BA currently flies five days a week to London's Gatwick Airport, but Wednesday and Friday flights will be added from March 29 through October 27, to meet rising demand, particularly from the international business sector.

The sale fares apply to travel between April 3 and May 28. And customers can obtain a further $20 discount by logging onto www.ba.com/bermudasale to book it online.

Seven days' advance purchase is required for economy class tickets. The sale requires a minimum stay including at least one Saturday night and a maximum stay of 11 months.

Bermudians can elect to upgrade to the World Traveller Plus cabin for $250 more than the sale price.

The sale extends to other worldwide destinations, including Rome ($714), Johannesburg ($1,414) and Mumbai ($1,032).
