ACE Limited yesterday declared a quarterly dividend for shareholders of 19 cents per share.The 19 cents dividend ? which is payable on April 14, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2004 ? matches the company?s previous two dividend payments. ACE directors also declared a dividend of $4.875 for preferred shareholders holding the company?s Series C 7.80 percent Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on March 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29.
