Trade in insurance stocks yesterday pulled down The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange index by nine points yesterday. A large volume of BF&M shares - 27,800 - changed hands unchanged at $10, while Argus Insurance stock lost $1.25 to close at $19.75. No other shares traded. The index closed at 2,700.95, down 9.3 points or 0.34 percent on a volume of 28,500 shares worth $291,825. No bonds traded.
