Bank's shares plunge
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday fell 70.66 points to close at 2,137.02 as Bank of Bermuda shares were battered after releasing its third quarter results yesterday.
The Bank of Bermuda saw its shares fall by $2 to close at $29 while 1,600 shares traded.
The Bank of Butterfield saw no shift in its share price but the bank did have the day's highest volume of trading with 14,920 shares moving.
LOM (Holdings) traded 5,000 shares and its stock value remained at $2.25.
Argus Insurance traded 2,200 shares yesterday and fell $1 to $20.
Belco Holdings saw 2,000 shares change hands but no shift to its price of $30 and KeyTech - the parent company of BTC, BTC Mobility and Logic Communications - shares fell 25 cents to close at $9.50 while 1,450 shares traded.
