Aspen announces first ever dividend
Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. on Friday announced its first ever quarterly cash dividend.
The company, which was established In June, 2002 in the wake if the September 11 terrorist attacks and floated on the New York Stock Exchange last year, will pay three cents per common share payable on March 31, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 23, 2004.
Foster Wheeler wins Iraq contract
Bermuda-based Foster Wheeler Ltd. has announce that its UK subsidiary, Foster Wheeler Energy Limited, has been awarded the Oil Sector Program Management Office (SPMO) support contract in Iraq by the US Department of Defense.
Foster Wheeler will provide dedicated programme management and coordination support for all design and construction activities being performed for the Program Management Office (PMO) in this sector.
The initial value of the Foster Wheeler contract is $6.8 million, which covers the first six months' services.
SAL names director
Building supply company SAL Ltd. has named John Raoul Berg as director of the company effective March 4.
