Bermuda shares on the rise

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday gained 33.77 points to close at 3,197.57.Butterfield Bank saw its investors buy and sell 1,597 shares while pushing up the trading price 75 cents to $41.50.Devonshire Industries ? the parent company of Bermuda Paint ? saw 600 shares trade while the shares gained 15 cents to close at $11.50.
