BSX falls during mixed week

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 30.714 points to close at 3,267.29 last week.The highest volume of trading was done by Bank of Butterfield investors who pushed 22,848 shares through the exchange while pushing up the share value by 25 cents to $44.75.

Meanwhile, Bermuda Commercial Bank saw its shares fall off by $2.15 to $9.35 on trading of 2,475 shares.

In the insurance sector, Argus Insurance shares moved up five cents to $25 while 8,537 were bought and sold.

BF&M saw trading of 356 shares and no price change with the share value standing at $15.75.

There were 1,100 Bermuda Aviation Services shares traded at $9, and Bermuda Container Line shares fell 25 cents to $11.50 with trading of a mere 150 shares.

Belco Holdings shares were pushed down $2.75, closing at $38.75 on trading of 2,865 shares.

KeyTech ? the parent company of BTC, Mobility and Logic Communications ? saw trading of 2,009 shares during the week.
