BSX gains more than 96 points
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 96.603 points last week to close at 4,545.63.
During an a busy week of trading KeyTech led the advances, gaining $2.50 to close at $15.50 on volume of 12,500 shares.
Belco rose $1.25 to close at $40 on a volume of 3,020 shares, Bermuda Press Holdings gained $1 to close at $14.25 on a volume of 5,500 shares and Bermuda Commercial Bank traded rose 70 cents to close at $8.95 as 1,000 shares changed hands.
Butterfield Bank gained 50 cents to close at $58 on a volume of 11,666 shares, Bermuda Aviation Services gained 50 cents to close at $6.75 on a volume of 150 shares and Argus rose ten cents to close at $14.25 as 7,500 shares changed hands.
Masters fell $3.25 to close at $19.25 as investors traded in 5,000 shares, LOM fell 5 cents to close at $2.55 on volume of 3,000 shares and BF&M fell ten cents to close at $15 on volume of 7,652 shares.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX last week was $1,414,710.80 and the overall volume of shares was 58,688.
