BTC has announced their SynergyWork Interactive Communication Forum for 2002.

This year's theme is "Fast Forward to IP" and the free forum will be held on October 8, from 8.30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute.

BTC will be introducing speakers and exhibitors from their telecommunications partners, namely Alcatel, Mitel, The Lewis Group/AFC, and Nortel Networks.

The company said yesterday that these strong partnerships bring opportunities to find solutions for customers.

These customers may not otherwise have direct access to such major international vendors.

Following a welcome from the new BTC President and CEO Francis Mussenden, topics to be discussed include:

Nortel - "IP Telephony Solutions"

The Lewis Group - "BTC: The Broadband Company"

Alcatel - "Virtual Private Networks"

Mitel - "Trends in Voice Over IP Deployments to the Enterprise and Small Business"

There will be a complimentary buffet lunch followed by exhibits and the chance of discussions with the vendor representatives.
