The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday fell 13 points to finish at 3,160.90.Bermuda Commercial Bank shares plunged 26 percent as the stock price fell $2.90 to $8.05 on volume of just 400 shares.Devonshire Industries - the parent company of Bermuda Paint - dropped five cents to $11.45 on volume of 8,600 shares.
