Michelle Dallas has resigned as BF&M Ltd. corporate secretary for family reasons and the company has appointed Lynda Leader to take over this role from October 2.

Former United Bermuda Party Cabinet Minister Quinton Edness has joined the board of directors of LOM Holdings Ltd. Mr. Edness, who held a large number of portfolios during his 30-year political career, replaces Frank Penny, who did not stand for re-election as a director at the annual general meeting of LOM held on June 15.
