CCS Group announced yesterday that Cam James has joined their Telephony division as a senior telecommunications engineer.

Mr. James has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications business and will be responsible for designing telephony solutions and providing consulting, trouble-shooting, installation and support services to the CCS customer base.

"CCS is very excited to bring Cam on board," said Director of Operations Garth Caters. "He adds to our extensive abilities to address the telephony requirements of Bermuda's business community."

Mr. James comes to CCS from Nerticom, and Avaya business partner in Calgary, Canada, where he was responsible for Pre Sales Design Engineering across Canada.

"Avaya is continuing to grow its market share in the IP Telephony and traditional PBX market in Bermuda," said Mr. Caters. "Both Avaya and CCS are committed to these markets."

Mr. James wide experience in the industry includes expertise in the key telephone systems, PBX, IP Video, IP Telephony and Wireless as well as WAN/LAN and Data Networking.

CCS provides information technology solutions in the networking, internetworking, software development, telephony and cabling areas.
