MBIA Inc., the biggest bond insurer, RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., PartnerRe Ltd. and Koch Financial Corp. said they planned to create a new reinsurance company to guarantee financial obligations. The companies said they were in discussions to start a Bermuda-based company with $350 million of capital and $700 million of total claims-paying resources, according to a statement distributed by Business Wire.
