Stocks edge down in heavy trading

Bumper trading in Bank of Butterfield stock during the week boosted volumes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange last week and saw $1.3 million of stock change hands.
But Bank of Butterfield dipped from its all time high of $45 to $44.50, but traded 26,430 shares during the week.
Bermuda Commercial Bank stock gained 20 cents to close at $7.50, while BCB warrants gained 34 cents to close at 50 cents.
Argus Insurance gained 50 cents to close at $25.50 while KeyTech, the owner of BTC and Logic, lost 50 cents to finish at $11.50.
The index closed down 12.347 points or 0.41 percent at 2,977.04 on a volume of 37,246 shares worth $1,334,421.00.
