Mr. James Arnold confirmed yesterday that agreement was reached after about six months of talks.

The property at Serpentine Road, is roughly a third of an acre of industrial zoned land with a two-storey building of about 3,000 square feet.

Mr. Arnold anticipates selling his product lines alongside those traditionally carried by Bermuda Hardware Ltd. in the future but will use his current location on Harvey Road, Paget for now.

The deal is set to close at the end of the month.
