The dividend, announced Wednesday, will be payable on November 30, 1994 to shareholders of record on November 17, 1994.

The company noted that the dividend resulted from the recent sale of the MV Tusa , reported Bloomberg financial news service.

The company announced last month it would sell the 1977-built bulk carrier and expected a profit of about $950,000 on the sale.

B&H operates six product tankers which are trading in the Product Transport Corporation (PROTRANS) pool.
