seminar to be offered by the Bermuda Public Services Association (BPSA) and the Commonwealth Trade Union Council (CTUC) next week.

The seminar aims to help the shop stewards understand the philosophy of the trade union movement, learn the history, aims and objectives of the BPSA, understand the collective bargaining process, effectively identify and handle grievances, and be aware of the issues facing unions.

The seminar takes place at BPSA headquarters on the corner of Cedar Avenue and Angle Street from May 10 to 12.
