Lee, will be in Bermuda to give a seminar on the Wing Chun style of Kung-Fu.

Local expert Mr. Sifu Delroi Flood, who received his Instructor's Grade in Australia last year, is responsible for the Grand Master's visit.

Mr. Cheung will cover the combat aspects of the Wing Chun style, while introducing his "MCM (Meditation Chi-Breathing and Meridian Stretching) Programme''.

"This programme was designed by the Grand Master to help prevent influenza, cure stress, insomnia, overeating, lack of appetite, backache and common sports injuries, while promoting general health and well-being,'' Mr. Flood said.

The seminar will give people a chance to see how this style works, he added.

The seminar will be held on Sunday, September 19 at the Pembroke Sunday School from 12 to 5 p.m.

Tickets, costing $60, are available at Pizza Plus, Sahaba Crossroads, or at the Bermuda Wing Chun Kung-Fu Academy.
