The building was the former site of the The Sportsman's Shop, which closed last year when Mr. Rego's father Benjamin bought the site. Mr. Rego said the building was for sale or rent depending on who made the first offer.

The two interested parties who showed up to the auction at 4 p.m. yesterday at Mr. Rego's offices will be submitting bids he said.
