Mr. Douglas Outerbridge has been promoted from Contracts Manager to General Manager. Mr. Outerbridge has assumed responsibility for all day-to-day operations of the business.

He has spent the last ten years in the construction industry.

Mr. James Guishard , who joined SKB in 1986, has been appointed Contracts Manager. He will be responsible for quality control on all SKB projects.

New recruit Mr. Patrick Cooper has joined SKB as Engineer, in charge of Project Engineering and Estimating.

Mr. Kent Bean , who joined the company in 1988, has been named Plant Manager.

He is responsible for the production and development of SKB materials.
