Manager of XL Investments, which is a wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of Bermuda-based excess liability insurer XL Insurance.

Ms Gagnon began her career with Johnson & Higgins in Boston and subsequently joined the Bank of Bermuda in 1985.

She continued her investment management career with James Capel Ltd. in London, the Channel Islands and New York before returning to Bermuda, joining XL Investments in 1991.

Ms Gagnon's primary responsibility is the management of a Global Fixed Income portfolio.
