offices in London and in Florida. The company moved to Bermuda in 1993 from Florida and had an office in London during 1994 and 1995.

President Marko Dimitrijevic said some staff would be moved to the London and Florida offices. However more would be added to the Bermuda headquarters.

"We continue to expand operations in Bermuda,'' he said. "The funds are doing well and we have more clients.'' He said assets in the company's funds had grown by about 50 percent over the past year to about $2 billion.
