Harper joins Harrington Trust
managing director of the partnership's trust company, Harrington Trust Limited.
Mr. Harper joins Harrington Trust Limited from Trident Trust Company Limited in Jersey, Channel Islands, where he was managing director for over 11 years.
In that post, Mr. Harper had full responsibility for the company, its managed trust companies and the Guernsey subsidiary of the Trident Trust Group.
Mr. Harper also oversaw and monitored staff training in respect of the requirements of Jersey's anti-money laundering legislation. That legislation is similar in nature to Bermuda's Proceeds of Crime Act 1997 and the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) Regulations 1998.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Institute of Travel and Tourism. He is a Member of the Jersey Taxation Society, the British Institute of Management and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
