The trade drove the BSE Index up up 8.47 points to 1,103.92.

BF&M gained 12.5 cents to close at $7 on volume of 2,634 while Hemisphere preferred closed unchanged at $5.75 on volume of 800.

Share volume was 13,869 with a share value of $231,738.
