BDA'S RADICA PROFTIS DOWN BUC Bda's Radica profits down Bermuda company Radica Games Limited has released its earning figures for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 1999.

It was a challenging year for the company, which is headquartered in Hong Kong and develops, manufactures and distributes electronic handheld and table top games.

Total revenues for fiscal year 1999 were $133.5 million and after tax profits were $17.1 million.

The gross profit for fiscal year 1999 was $55.3 million compared to $85.9 million in fiscal 1998 and the gross margin for the year was 41.4 percent compared to 53.9 percent in the prior year.

The gross profit for the fourth quarter was $17.7 million compared to $23.9 million in the same period of 1998 and the gross margin was 39.8 percent compared to 50.4 percent for the same period last year.

has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the corporation's common shares.
