Mr. McNichols was previously actuarial consultant and manager of Milliman & Robertson Inc. in Hamilton and before that was consulting actuary for Ernst & Young in Bermuda.

He began his career with Zurich Insurance Company in Chicago and is an associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
