automation package called Action Tracker, which has taken four years to develop.

MCS president Mr. John Harries said: "Action Tracker handles administration from acceptance of the request for support and service to final billing.

"It is aimed at any organisation that sells its time and wishes to automate the resulting paper work.

"Action Tracker fills the need for a package that meets the diverse requirements of the Bermuda service provider whose business tends to be more multifaceted than specialised companies in larger countries.

"The package is developed in an advanced fourth generation environment using FourGen Systems' `Modifiable by Design Technology' and may be easily added to, or changed, to meet specific needs.

"Action Tracker is a product for the recession that can eliminate forgotten commitments and dramatically reduce un-billed time.

"This, coupled with a substantial reduction in administration overheads, translates into more efficiency and greater profits. Pay-back periods of one year or less are projected for the product.'' Mr. Harries said clients from as far away as Brazil will be coming to Bermuda to view the package.
