Microstate provides network services to the insurance, reinsurance and financial sector in Bermuda through its Internet based server software.

Microstate Corp. president Mitch Leventhal said Quantum will be able to ensure delivery of the product through its fibreoptic network in Hamilton. Quantum began operating earlier this year providing data communications through its fibre optic network.

The company plans on offering voice services in April.
