Move makes double Care!
two companies under the existing parent company, Air Care Ltd. name, said a part owner.
Energy Care, the energy audit, and Air Care, the air conditioning and engineering company, currently trade under Air Care Ltd., said Air Care president Mr. George Skinner.
"The companies were originally set up to reach specialised parts of the market and now that they are established it is time to bring all the operations under one parent company,'' he said. "The amalgamation will bring everyone back under one banner. There will be no impact on staff levels.'' Air Care was the air conditioning division of Holmes Williams and Purvey. The existing parent /two subsidiary structure has been in place for eight years, he said.
Holmes Williams & Purvey retain a shareholding.
Air Care's other shareholders include; Mr. Barrett Lightbourn, Mr. Kevin Frank, brothers Mr. Kevin Roberts and Mr. Keith Roberts as well as Mr.
Skinner.
Air Care will continue to operate its offices at Bulls Head and its warehouse and work area at Mills Creek.
The company has made application to Government under the Companies Act 1981 for approval.
Mr. Skinner said he anticipates the amalgamation to be completed by June 30.
