and NetLink Ltd., is compiling a communications reference guide of companies in Bermuda.

The Bermuda Communications Directory will have the full street and mailing addresses with postal codes, telephone, fax, cellular and pager numbers of the listed companies. Telex, e-mail and web site addresses will also be included.

The directory will be available in book form, on the Internet, and on CD-ROM.

NetLink is owned by Horst Augustinovic and Peter Marsh. Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd., a public company listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, owns The Royal Gazette and The Bermuda Press printing company.

Mr. Augustinovic said the joint venture company has already compiled a data base of 3,000 company listings.

"We are going to list everybody for free,'' Mr. Augustinovic said. "We will make money by selling the books and by selling advertising.'' NetLink will do the work of compiling the directory and selling advertising while Bermuda Press will do the printing.
